India: Ready to Start

Capturing the flavor of a country in the midst of a massive transformation.

The impact of how technology is enabling communication and connectivity is causing a significant transformation in the way most people live, work, and play around the world. Nowhere is this more apparent than in India, soon to be the home of one of the world’s largest economies. The subcontinent is a country of contrasts as it adjusts to its rapid growth. It’s impossible to capture all of India on film, but we sent photographer John Wildgoose to Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai to bring back a flavor of a country in the middle of a great transformation.

John Wildgoose is a photographer based in the U.K. His photos have appeared in The Guardian, Newsweek, and TimeOut London. He currently works with creative agencies in London and New York.
