The ROH Factor app collects data related to an employee's happiness and satisfaction with their career. Employees use the app for self-evaluation, tracking their performance, goals and interactions with colleagues. Participation is incentive-based, rewarding employees for contributing to a wider understanding of the company. ROH Factor is updated by employees in real time, providing a tighter cycle of feedback than annual or quarterly reviews. Data is aggregated and stripped of private information to create a general overview of the organization. Companies can track overall performance as well as their comparison to similar organizations. Through prioritizing and analyzing employee happiness, ROH Factor helps companies reconnect with the human potential of their workforce.
