How can employees bring their authentic selves into the workplace?


SkillCloud highlights skills and interests that are not typically recognized in the workplace, closing the gap between passion and job title. SkillCloud's online platform allows users to create profiles by pulling personal details from existing social networks and highlighting interests, creating a portrait of themselves that goes beyond the skills featured on their resume. SkillCloud helps companies holistically track employee development to more fully understand their organizational DNA. Information aggregated in workers' SkillCloud profiles can be used to build teams with diverse, complementary skill sets allowing employees to engage in and execute projects in unexpected ways. By freeing employees to bring more than one dimension of their selves into the workplace, SkillCloud helps organizations build a more authentic, engaged workforce.

Reinvent Business challenged creative minds from across design, technology, business and academia to build a more human and truly social enterprise. For two days, 150 change-makers gathered in frog’s San Francisco studio to rapidly ideate, design and build software concepts and prototypes with the potential to transform business from within. By translating abstract values into concrete workplace experiences, the 20 concepts below enable companies and the people within them to unlock their human potential, make better decisions and create a positive impact on our world.
