And Now the Good News

The TEDGlobal Program Guide

Earlier today in Oxford, this year's TEDGlobal sponsors were called out for their contributions. frog was last but we got a round of applause from the audience when it was announced that we produced the program guide. Bruno Giussani, TED's European Director, called it "award winning" (when/if it gets a chance to be submitted for any such award). Indeed, all week, when I've mentioned the fact that we produced the guide, people always say, "it's great!"

It's always fulfilling to be recognized for good hard work. Of course, frog was not alone in creating the guide. Many thanks to our friends at Cahan & Associates and Emotive Brand for their commitment and creative vision. In particular, thanks to Liisa Turan, Sean McGuire, and Todd Richards. We could not have done it without you. At TED, Emily McManus should get great big props for her content, editing, humor, guidance, and persistance. Bruno too was critical to the production of the book (if there is an award for Most Detailed Email Feeback, he should receive it).

We hope we've set a new standard for TED and their program guides. We're certainly proud of this one.
