The other day in the restroom I noticed the paper towel bin was doing its usual overflowing act. This was nothing new, the bin was always full by the end of the day. The funny thing is we have a hand dryer just a few feet away and yet the paper towels consistently overrflow. Adding to the comedic value of the situation is a sign above the paper towel dispenser that invites hand washers to use the dryer in an effort to protect the environment. Why doesn't the sign work?
