Emotional ID

frog’s work has always been about introducing emotion into the everyday – from the early Apple computers to the more recent Logitech webcams or Seagate hard drives. “If you can emotionally connect with the consumer,” says Creative Director Jennifer Kilian, “they use words like ‘love’ and ‘hate’ [to describe the products], words we use to talk about emotion all the time. And that’s sort of the true test.” Kilian walks CNET through the human-centered design process – from research and prototyping to production.
