Watch frog designers, strategists, and technologists present their work and ideas to conference goers in cities around the world.
frog Creative Director Adam Richardson gave a keynote speech at Amsterdam’s Next Web conference, the fifth annual gathering to discuss trends in the digital landscape, on how “The Future of the Web Will be Invisible.” Richardson discusses the intersection of the physical and the digital, and his term “Webjects,” the blending of objects and the Web. Richardson believes that computers and phones are on a collision course. In the past, we believed that in order to truly understand computers, we thought we would have to go into a computer (i.e. Tron) but now, computers are stepping into our world (i.e. augmented reality). Richardson believes that the same thing is happening to the browser: “We can now walk inside the browser.”
Missing the point?

Very interesting presentation and an apt one, but I am forced to glean the final point because the video cuts off just before Adam reveals what he's ultimately getting at. Bummer.
Thanks for sharing information

I like your post. Nicely explained in video what we can do to make your site so presentable.
iPhone Covers

You mentioned that "designers dont care". I think it is rather the issue of personalizing such a neutral object and design that has become so commonplace and is no longer unique. Like a school child that writes his name on his school desk, I think everyone somehow tries to be distinct in taste and appearance. To some extent you could even argue that the iPhones success was so significant for that very reason. Everyone can completely customize their home screen with the choice of apps and backgrounds ect.
I dont believe covers take away from apples splendid design, they simply allow the user to believe he is unique.
None of your colleagues had two same covers. Am I right?
thank you
